The Studio
The Studio is Analytical Solutions' in-house workshop: one reusable build system — 13 deployable packages, 20 build-system skills — that produces and operates real SaaS products. Each of these is its own brand, with its own codebase and its own P&L, and we run them ourselves, so the method is proven on real products, not slideware. Our sister company, Analytical Ants, delivers that same method for clients. We can do this for you too.
The Portfolio Thesis

This isn't a services menu — it's a studio. One reusable build system (13 deployable packages, 20 build-system skills) has produced three platforms: 2 live in production, 1 internal, each its own brand and P&L. The commerce depth is real — a 15% Stripe Connect take-rate and 7 checkout and booking providers — which is how you know the method carries money-moving complexity, not just brochure sites. We don't publish revenue or user counts and we won't invent them; the proof is the operated portfolio and the architecture behind it.

A best-in-class Next.js marketing-site template with a Claude Code onboarding wizard baked in. A non-technical owner answers an agentic interview and gets a fully branded, self-owned website — blog, store, bookings, payments — built and deployed. One-time pricing, no monthly platform rent, and the buyer owns the code outright. We dogfood it: the site you're reading was built with it.

A mobile-first PWA for serious lifters — session logging with real periodization, on-device video form analysis, deep analytics, and a built-in coach marketplace. It's live in production and onboarding founding athletes — we'd rather say exactly where it stands than dress it up. The engineering underneath: 89 database migrations, 173 API routes, and 45 pages of shipped platform.

Internal platform — front-end in development
Correctness-first, multi-entity accounting.
The multi-entity, double-entry general ledger that runs our own group's books — holding company, operating brands, consulting arm — with intercompany elimination on consolidated statements. It's built correctness-first, and the front-end is still in development, so there's no public link yet. We reference it as shown engineering; we never quote data from it. What we can show is the architecture — the schema approach and the balanced-posting trigger discipline — in a walkthrough on request. Engineering only, never the data.
