Analytical Solutions LLC ("Analytical Solutions," "we," "us") is a platform studio. We build and operate our own software platforms, sell software products — including Prompt Your Site, a website product delivered as source code — and deliver client platform builds through our consulting arm, Analytical Ants.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of our systems.

Our software products are sold as one-time purchases — a single payment, no subscription and no recurring platform fees. The price, what's included, and any product-specific license terms are presented at the point of purchase, and completing checkout constitutes acceptance of them. Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change before purchase; a completed purchase is honored at the price you paid.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We never see or store your card details; the provider's own terms apply to the payment transaction.

Prompt Your Site is delivered as a complete, version-pinned copy of the product codebase — each purchase receives its own tagged build. Once your purchase is complete and the code is delivered, it runs on infrastructure you control: you may use, modify, and operate it commercially for the site you build with it, and everything you add — content, copy, custom components, business logic — belongs to you outright. There is no ongoing platform dependency on us.

Ownership of your copy is not ownership of the product line. The underlying template, design system, and onboarding architecture remain the intellectual property of their author, and the license presented at checkout governs its scope — including the prohibition on reselling or redistributing the template itself and the footer attribution requirement, which applies unless your license tier includes its removal. Where these terms and a product license conflict, the product license controls for that product.

Because our products are delivered as complete source code that cannot be returned, purchases are final once delivery has occurred. If your delivery fails, or the product is materially not as described at the point of purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will correct the problem or refund you.

Custom platform builds and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms. Where such an agreement exists, it controls the engagement, including scope, fees, and code ownership.

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Analytical Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

This site and the products sold through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site or any delivered software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytical Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from your use of this website or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Analytical Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
